OUR COTTAGE
Separate from the main house with its own access, both from the front & back of the building.
The back entrance is disabled friendly and has a ramp for easy access into the property, having achieved ‘Category Three in the National Accessible Scheme’.
The building is a one-storey property, centrally heated with double glazing and situated on a working sheep farm. It’s within walking distance of the village of Maguiresbridge and 8 miles from the County town of Enniskillen.
Once in the property guests can relax and enjoy the kitchen, dining and living room area. A selection of Literature on various attractions is also available in the living room area.
The cottage is equipped to cater for four adults and contains a bed settee in the living room area and a main double bedroom out the back. The main bedroom has a disabled friendly ensuite with a shower, toilet and basin. Bedlinen is provided and beds are made up before your arrival. A cot and high chair are also available on request for anyone with a baby or toddler. There is also a separate bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge freezer, cooker, grill, microwave, washing machine, ironing board and iron, toaster and kettle.
A welcome pack is provided for our guests on arrival to welcome them to our cottage after their journey.
THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY HAS A LARGE, SAFE PARKING AREA WITH A PICNIC TABLE, CHAIRS, BARBEQUE AND LAWNS WITH A CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA FOR YOUNGER VISITORS TO ENJOY.
